About That (safest its ever been) Mexican Border

Monday, May 14, 2012

Janet Napolitano's version of safe differs from mine.

Forty-nine decapitated and mutilated bodies were found Sunday dumped on a highway connecting the northern Mexican metropolis of Monterrey to the U.S. border in what appears to be the latest blow in an escalating war of intimidation among drug gangs.
If Obama is re-elected  we can expect these peace loving immigrants violent drug smuggling thugs from south of the border to begin their trek north...
Napolitano and Holder both need replaced, both have trouble with the truth.

Joe Arpaio Tells Holder To Pound Sand

Thursday, May 10, 2012

No way is Sheriff Joe going away.

A defiant Sheriff Joe Arpaio is preparing to tell President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder later today there is “no way” he will turn over the management of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to the Justice Department despite the threat of a federal lawsuit.
“Clean your own house, Eric Holder, before you come trying to clean mine,” Arpaio said today in a telephone interview with WND.
That means piss off Eric.

Arrogance Knows No Bounds

Wednesday, May 9, 2012

Team Holder could care less...

“It’s abundantly clear that when it comes to cooperating with Congress, the Attorney General’s arrogance knows no bounds,” Cornyn told TheDC.
President Barack Obama now has a responsibility to step forward and make Holder comply with the subpoena, Cornyn added. He said Obama and Holder owe it the family of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, who was murdered more than a year ago with Fast and Furious weapons the Obama administration allowed to get into the hands of Mexican drug cartels.
“President Obama should show leadership and direct the Attorney General to provide the Terry family with answers,” Cornyn said.
Its also abundantly clear Holder and his boss are flipping the bird to Congress.

Democrat Breaks Ranks: Supports Holder Subpoena

Tuesday, May 8, 2012

The Barry and Eric show is drawing a audience.

Indiana Democratic Rep. Joe Donnelly told The Daily Caller on Tuesday that he supports the House oversight committee’s efforts to enforce the congressional subpoena of Attorney General Eric Holder over Operation Fast and Furious.
“One of the duties of Congress is to provide oversight of the Executive Branch,” Donnelly told TheDC. “There has been a serious allegation of federal law enforcement misconduct and we need to get to the bottom of this issue without playing partisan politics.”
Issa needs to go full throttle pitbull now.

Issa Drafts Contempt Order For Eric Holder

Thursday, May 3, 2012

Its about damn time...

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) circulated a draft contempt order against Eric Holder on Thursday for a “refusal to cooperate” in the investigation of the Fast and Furious gun-walking operation.
“This briefing paper and draft contempt report explains the case, to both Members of the Committee and the American people, for holding Attorney General Holder in contempt of Congress,” the House Oversight Committee chairman said in a statement. “In describing the results of the Justice Department’s refusal to cooperate — including the hardships the family of a fallen Border Patrol agent have faced in seeking the truth, and retaliation against agents who blew the whistle on gun-walking — this briefing paper provides the facts, on which decisions will be made.”
Time to go for the jugular.

Holder To Face Contempt Citation

Friday, April 27, 2012

Eric Holder will just make another claim of racism...

House Republicans investigating the Fast and Furious scandal have gotten the go-ahead by their party leaders to pursue a contempt citation against Attorney General Eric Holder, senior congressional aides told CBS News. The resolution will accuse Holder and his Justice Department of obstructing the congressional probe into the allegations that the government let thousands of weapons fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels.
The citation would attempt to force Holder to turn over tens of thousands of pages documents related to the probe, which has entered its second year.
The man should have been fitted for a orange jumpsuit by now. You can bet Barry has his back.

Eric Holder Sues Florida City

Tuesday, April 24, 2012

Attorney General Holder should just sue America and get his race war started.

The Justice Department sued the city of Jacksonville, Florida, on Monday, claiming its use of written tests to determine promotions in the city’s fire department discriminates against African-Americans.
Everything is race to this man.
The complaint by the Justice Department alleges the exams are “not job related for the positions in question.”
The complaint said use of the tests “has resulted in a disparate impact upon black candidates” because African-Americans pass the examinations at significantly lower rates than white candidates.
African-Americans can't pass written exams? Sounds like Holder is putting keeping his race down, not helping them.

Huge Majority Favor Voter ID Laws

Monday, April 16, 2012

Eric Holder hardest hit.
There is absolutely nothing discriminatory about voter ID laws.

Despite his insistence that voter fraud is not a serious problem, Attorney General Eric Holder was embarrassed last week when a video surfaced of someone illegally obtaining a ballot to vote under Holder’s name in his home precinct in Washington, D.C. Most voters consider voter fraud a problem in America today and continue to overwhelmingly support laws requiring people to show photo identification before being allowed to vote.
Everyone should show ID to vote. Everyone.

Add Napolitano To The List Of Liars

Friday, April 13, 2012

Janet Napolitano has joined the ranks of those who lied to Congress.

Picture from the genius of Sad Hill News
In her explosive new book Fast and Furious, Katie Pavlich makes the case that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano not only failed to stop an operation that led to the death of one of her own, Border Agent Brian A. Terry, but she may have also lied to Congress in sworn testimony at a hearing held to find out what really happened.
Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano have a problem telling the truth. Much like the man they both work for.
The Sargent Schultz strategy of "I know nothing" isn't cutting it anymore. Its time to measure some orange jumpsuits for these thugs.
Pavlich makes a strong case that when people are finally charged with crimes, Napolitano will have to answer for her perjury to Congress.
“Let me tell you something about Janet,” another source said to the author. “Janet will be lucky not to go to prison.”
Prison will be fitting for these shysters.

Racist AG Holder Rallies With Racist Al Sharpton

Wednesday, April 11, 2012

Birds of a feather.

Attorney General Eric Holder praised left-wing activist Rev. Al Sharpton at the opening of the National Action Network (NAN) convention on Wednesday, and also stressed that the Justice Department is conducting a thorough investigation of the fatal Trayvon Martin shooting that “will examine the facts and the law.”
Now it looks like the dynamic duo has strong armed the  prosecutor in Florida to get her mind right too.

The Vetting.

Breitbart.com has uncovered video from 1995 of then-U.S. Attorney Eric Holder announcing a public campaign to “really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way.”

America Favors Voter ID Laws

Thursday, March 15, 2012

Obama and Holder? Not so much.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 72% of Likely U.S. Voters believe voters should be required to show photo identification such as a driver’s license before being allowed to vote. Only 22% are opposed to the photo ID requirement.
The race card is so worn out...

Lost In The Shuffle

Wednesday, March 7, 2012

Hidden from the folks with all the distractions this week...
Six more Congressman call on Holder to resign.

Six more U.S. Congressmen have demanded Attorney General Eric Holder leave his post this week in the wake of Operation Fast and Furious, bringing the number of U.S. House members pushing for a change in Justice Department leadership to 109.
He is going to hang on until he is impeached. Then use the Democrats favorite word...Raaaaaacist!

Contemptible

Wednesday, February 15, 2012

Will Issa go for the jugular?

On Tuesday Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House committee on Oversight and Government Reform, took a major step toward holding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for his failure to provide subpoenaed documents and other information about Operation Fast and Furious.
In a Jan. 31 letter, Issa had threatened Holder with such a move if he failed to provide all the subpoenaed documents relating to the Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal by Feb. 9. That deadline has come and gone, and Holder’s Department of Justice still hasn’t provided most of those documents. Issa’s subpoena dates back to Oct. 12, 2011.
Deadlines mean nothing to thugs.
Look for more racist claims coming from Holder and his boss.

The Goal Is Gun Control

Thursday, February 2, 2012

Eric Holder thinks we are all dumb...

Attorney General Eric Holder attributed the difficulty preventing gun-trafficking into Mexico to weak gun controls laws, when he blamed on the U.S. House, with particular reference to the House investigators asking him about Operation Fast and Furious.
Now its the House investigators fault? Uh huh.
Impeachment is the only way to rid America of this scoundrel.

Federal Official To Plead The Fifth

Friday, January 20, 2012

Holder's people see whats coming...

The chief of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Arizona is refusing to testify before Congress regarding Operation Fast and Furious, the federal gun-running scandal that sent U.S. weapons to Mexico.
Patrick J. Cunningham informed the House Oversight Committee late Thursday through his attorney that he will use the Fifth Amendment protection.
Next up his boss.

The Race Is On

Monday, January 16, 2012

Everything is race based to Eric Holder.

Citing the “drumbeat of concern” he has encountered from Americans across the country about discrimination in the election systems, the attorney general vowed that the Justice Department was more committed than ever before to enforcing the Voting Rights Act.
I have no use for this man whatsoever.
I may never forgive the Senate Republicans who voted to confirm this man.

Justice Dept Says Recess Appointments Are Legal

Thursday, January 12, 2012

Again I am not surprised.

“Although the Senate will have held pro forma sessions regularly from January 3 to January 23, in our judgment, those sessions do not interrupt the intrasession recess in a manner that would preclude the president from determining that the Senate remains unavailable throughout to ‘receive communications from the president or participate as a body in making appointments,’” Virginia Seitz, assistant attorney general for the Office of Legal Counsel, wrote in the memo dated Jan. 6.
White House or Justice Dept.
They are one and the same... Lawless.

Merry Christmas Eric Holder
