Keeping with the all Latin all month theme (to keep me focused on vacation) Barbara Herrera tarts it up this week. Seems like a great way to celebrate post number 2,000.

Bankrupt Solyndra Still Wants Bonus Money

Taxpayers left wishing in one hand, while the other hand fills with you know what...
Now seems an unlikely time for handing out bonuses at bankrupt Solyndra LLC, but that’s the plan of company attorneys intending to dole out up to a half-million dollars to persuade key employees to stay put.
Nearly two dozen Solyndra employees could receive bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $50,000 each under a proposal filed by Solyndra’s attorneys in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.Color me not very surprised. Nothing surprises me anymore.
The National Nightmare Continues

No, not the Obama nightmare. This idiot.
Why does Tebow get under the skin of so many? Could it be his faith?
The Round Mound of Rebound is back at it, and this time he's flapping his gums about what else, Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.
Deadspin points out that Barkley made a radio appearance on 97.5 The Fanatic in Philadelphia, and the conversation eventually turned toward Tebow.
"The national nightmare continues," Barkley said."Hey listen, I like Tim Tebow but there comes a point, he had a great game. He's suppoed to have a great game. They want to make it seem like 'Oh so the world is aligned correct.' I'm like, 'He does play quarterback.' He is supposed to play well."National nightmare Charles? Good grief.

House Republicans File Resolution On Recess Picks

Nonbinding resolution that means nothing.
Rep. Diane Black (Tenn.) and 71 other House Republicans introduced a nonbinding resolution today voicing concern over President Barack Obama’s recess appointment of four administration nominees last week.
“It’s astounding to me that the president is claiming these are recess appointments and within his authority, when Congress was not in fact in recess,” Black said. “These appointments are an affront to the Constitution. No matter how you look at this, it doesn’t pass the smell test. I hope the House considers my resolution as soon as we return to Washington so we can send a message to President Obama.”Its astounding to me that no one will man or woman up and introduce impeachment charges.

This creature is still blaming the Tea Party...
I remember the nutcase that shot Gabrielle Giffords a bit differently than idiot Debbie wants to believe.“We need to make sure that we tone things down, particularly in light of the Tucson tragedy from a year ago, where my very good friend, Gabby Giffords — who is doing really well, by the way, — [was shot],” Wasserman Schultz, the Democratic National Committee chair said during a “Politics and Eggs” forum this morning. “The discourse in America, the discourse in Congress in particular . . . has really changed, I’ll tell you. I hesitate to place blame, but I have noticed it take a very precipitous turn towards edginess and lack of civility with the growth of the Tea Party movement.”Wasserman Schultz doubled down on that attack. “You had town hall meetings that they tried to take over, and you saw some their conduct at those tea party meetings,” Wasserman Schultz said today. “When they come and disagree with you, you’re not just wrong, you’re the enemy.”

You make the call.
First lady Michelle Obama is challenging assertions she’s forcefully imposed her will on White House aides, saying she’s tired of people portraying her as “some kind of angry black woman.”
