Obama has made Congress irelevant and is just getting started.

Steve McCann over at American Thinker has a great article expressing what I and many have felt for at least three years now.

The mask is fully off.  Barack Obama is the most corrupt, power-mad president in this nation's illustrious history.  By his actions in bypassing Congress and making appointments that should be subject to Senate approval while the Senate is still in session and innumerable extra-constitutional actions since he became president, he is following in the footsteps of the despots who dominated the 20^th century.

I have no interest in tonight's debate unless some candidate grows a set and calls for the impeachment of this dictator in the making. My gut says all these candidates will get rolled in Nov. by Obama and the media. Obama knows exactly what he is doing and who he is playing (he has been groomed for a very long time). Boehner should get booted from his position. Every Republican Senator that voted to confirm Holder should be slapped (hard!). With Holder running Justice and the Dems in the Senate, I don't know if this mess can be fixed!
Our country is being destroyed before our very eyes and so few seem to realize it. We are not far from the point of no return if we are not there already. Congress should be where this thug gets stopped.
I am sure I will be called racist for this again (it has been 24 hours since the last time) but I don't care anymore. I am losing faith in this process fast.

Corzine Shops While MF Global Drops

Vanity Fair reports on Corzine’s personal life as well, saying that on October 15, two weeks before MF Global filed for bankruptcy, Corzine and his wife, Sharon Elghanayan, were at a birthday party in Paris talking about a château they were about to buy in the South of France. “It’s not in Cap Ferrat,” one person recalls Elghanayan saying, perhaps to mitigate the extravagance. “To buy any decent château is at least a couple of million euros,” explains another person who was at the party, “and that is before the renovation with the air-conditioning and the new kitchen. Sharon was very excited. She said she was flying down there on Monday morning.”

Richard Cordray Is Still A Private Citizen

Or should be if Congress upholds its duty.

President Obama’s attempt to unilaterally appoint three people to seats on the National Labor Relations Board and Richard Cordray to head the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (after the Senate blocked action on his nomination) is more than an unconstitutional attempt to circumvent the Senate’s advise-and-consent role. It is a breathtaking violation of the separation of powers and the duty of comity that the executive owes to Congress.

From a former attorney general who worked when the Constitution actually meant what it says.

As a former U.S. attorney general and a former Office of Legal Counsel lawyer who provided advice to presidents on recess appointment issues, we have defended and will continue to defend the lawful use of the recess appointment power. Although originally conceived by the Framers for a time when communicating with and summoning senators back to the Capitol might take weeks, it is still valid in a modern age — but only as long as the Senate is in recess. Not only was the Senate not in recess when these purported appointments were made, it constitutionally could not have been.

This was unconstitutional and yet another reason to start impeachment proceedings. This is just the beginning and will not stop until Congress stops Obama.

Yet the unemployment rate trickery still continues, with labor force participation (prior revised), now at a 27 year low of 64%, and the labor force itself declined by 50K from 153,937 to 153,887. In fact, persons not in the labor force have increased by 7.5 million since January 2007!

President Obama signaled Congress this week that he is prepared to share U.S. missile defense secrets with Russia.

In the president’s signing statement issued Saturday in passing into law the fiscal 2012 defense authorization bill, Mr. Obama said restrictions aimed at protecting top-secret technical data on U.S. Standard Missile-3 velocity burnout parameters might impinge on his constitutional foreign policy authority.

He has been at for a while now.
Obama is more dangerous than our enemies.
